Description

In Africa, dance is much more than physical movement — it is a direct way to celebrate life and create healing. African Healing Dance is the first home video course for learning the expressive movements and healing traditions unique to Africa’s dance heritage. Viewers join Wyoma, the respected lead dancer and director of the Damballa dance troupe, as she teaches the African way of moving the entire body with passion and joy. Here’s an instructional program that brings a real high-energy African dance class into any home.
